London fashion week may not be the world biggest fashion week, but one thing that we do have to offer, that is second to none, is young talent. London is full of young potential with lots of free spirit and rebel-minded youngsters.

At YshLondon, we're always paying a huge amount of attention to the off schedules like Vauxhall Fashion Scout, On|Off and in house presentations by fresh faced young designers. For this season, we thought we'd give you a brief run-down of our top ten new design talents for off schedule at London Fashion Week.

YshLondon's Ones To Watch (Vauxhall Fashion Scout)

1) Askh – Created by Anne Sofie Madsen, and Katrine Hedegaard whose collection is arty and dreamy with abundant use of organza and fine knit.

2) Florencia Kozuch -  a Central Saint Martins graduate who captures London’s fierce rock spirit, where a mixture of innocence and darkness is successfully executed.

3) Iris Van Herpen -  (ArtEZ Institute of Arts in Dutch, 2006 graduates)
iris's delicate and intricately slashed leather work is just stunning. She has re-invented leather as a versatile, fluid yet sculptural medium. Her collection has been showcased at Harrods, an internationally renowned luxury department store.

4) Ada Zandition -  (Estethica eco fashion, organic and natural fabrics)
Eco fashion couldn't be much edgier than Ada Zandition's collection, attracting quirky editorial material with an ethical motto.

And from the exhibition:

5) Joanne Stoker (LCF graduate) - A new footwear designer who has graduated from London College of Fashion's footwear course. The YshLondon team are huge fans of her creations since her showing at the LFW pop up gallery in Carnaby St last summer.

They say diamonds are a girls best friend but Joanne Stoker's collection, which were inspired by diamonds, is a girls best friend forever!

6) Yang Du  - a street fashion designer and illustrator who has graduated from the Central Saint Martins MA Fashion course. Her bold humorous illustration and graphic style are unforgettable from the first sight.

7) Ziad Ghanem – Known for scaled-up, massive fashion sculptures/accessories/ornaments. Elements such as street culture, cult, underground, fetish and cross-gender reflect what lies beneath London.

8) Holly Fulton - for a bold approach to embellishment. Art Deco-inspired statements of jewels appliqued on to dresses to create an 'in your face' collection.

9) David Koma - last season's Merit Award winner. Striking large beads and ornaments are placed on to body-con mini dresses graphically, whilst dynamic usage of prime colours remind me of tribal art.

His designs were recently modelled by X factor judge Cheryl Cole as well as R&B diva Beyonce at the MTV Europe Music Awards in Berlin.

10) Michael van der Ham - Eclectic ways of patchwork and panelling. Different types of fabrics, colours length are asymmetrically placed, mismatched and mixed to make a surreal collection.

YshLondon.com will be closer reporting on our top ten via our blog, twitter and youtube channel during London Fashion Week, so keep en eye on us!
