J Maskrey's AW2010 collection was a welcome surprise amidst the London Fashion Week Schedule. His collections incorporated fine knits, sequins and heavy crochet, and the collection was beautifully presented and styled verysuccessfully.
The pieces were classic, rendered mostly in black with intricate detailing, whether using crochet, diamontes or sequins.There was a good blend of shawls and bonnets as well as slips and silk chiffon dresses and the risqué body glitter stickers left little to the imagination. This said, the pieces were wearable and desirable - even the menswear left me wanting more...
